Today is Friday, June 20, 2008. It is a sad day for me. My dearest daughter is sad because she was very disappointed with the outcome of her desire to have a new post at the office. With such a heavy heart, I wrote this poem for her.
MY HEART IS BREAKING

My heart is breaking into pieces
I can’t bear to see you cry
I wish I could change the chances
But they are not for me to try.
I believe that HE has other plans
In the future for you, wait awhile
HE cares and knows your heart
As HE prepares, in the meanwhile:
Wipe your tears, my dear child
Another day, another chance
Today is not the time to mind
A move to higher, grander plans
